I contacted RV Ready, online, after hours and was contacted the next day by a wonderful sales person, Lisa Flach. I had an idea of what I wanted and she had those units in stock. We scheduled a time for me to come in and when I arrived was met with attitudes and an atmosphere that was very comforting to me. The introductions were made and we proceeded to look at the trailers I was interested in. Lisa seemed to know when to volunteer info and when to just step back and let me stew on things a bit. She came across knowledgeable and confident without being cocky. After a couple of visits to RV Ready I had made my choice and am very pleased that I made my purchase with Lisa.Now it’s time to start enjoying the fruits of the trailer shopping efforts. - Wesley
This was such an amazing experience for us and it’s only because Giovanni, Mike, Jared and Glenn were truly the best team I have ever worked with. This was our first time buying an RV and I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. They are great communicators, very professional, detail oriented and I walked out of there feeling like they were friends. We looked at several other rv places before finding RV Ready and I’m so glad we waited. They don’t pressure you or try to upsell you. They just give you all the information and ask what I’ve decided. RV Ready was just that. Ready to help, Ready to explain and Ready with smiles. They are friendly, informative and respond to questions via text or email. Ken Molter treated us like family and ensured we met the team that took care of us after we decided on the travel trailer we wanted. Jerrod helped with finance end of things and when we decided to change from one trailer to another, he was happy to help. Christy Daniel's in service gave a great tour and explanation on everything in our trailer. She answered all question and was fun to chat with.
