Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about the dealership

Q"  Do I get a better deal if I pay Cash?

A:  You might find the answer to this question a bit weird.  Cash is no longer KING. Yes, Dealers are less likely to make concessions when the customer is paying cash and that is because cash-paying customers have a final dollar figure in mind, and most of the time they won't buy any additional products or services. Dealers rely on these extra items to make a profit since the competition out there is strong and the dealer with the lowest price gets the first shot at the sale. Let's face it, we do not arrange the items in our online search by Highest to Lowest price first.

Q: How does your free consignment program work?

A: We discuss what you have to consign, agree on X amount of dollars, we get 90 days to market and sell it for X plus, we will call you after we sell it and ask you for the title and pay you the X amount and we keep the plus.

Q: Do you offer RV financing?

A: Yes, We have many programs for different types of credit. Please click on "apply online" and fill out the secure application and we will get back to you ASAP.

Q: What does No Gimmicks, No Sales Everyday Low Price mean?

A: We live in a digital world and as you are reading this you can find out if our price is competitive or not with a few keystrokes. The days of shark salesmen are gone and so is the shark salesman. Most deliveries take place a week after the sale so you have all the time in the world to make sure you received a fair deal.  We list one price for all to see, we make a modest profit to keep the doors open and treat our customers like family. We help people buy their dream RV not sell them one.

Q: Do people from out of state have to pay sales tax?

A: No, non-California residents will not have to pay CA tax but they have to take out-of-state delivery.

Q: Will you teach me how to use the RV I buy from you?

A: Yes, we will show you the proper way to enjoy your new RV.

Q: Do charge a Prep Fee

A: YES. We charge a modest amount for travel trailers and fifth wheels and a little higher for motor homes. The prep process includes Battery ( s), Propane, A Premium starter kit, and a professional walk-through. We do not hide it, we disclose it early enough in the buying process.
Other dealers charge 4 times as much.

Q: Do you have a service department?

A: Yes and unlike other dealers, we only work on units we sold to take care of our customers in a reasonable time and not crowd the service bays with cash-paying customers or customers who bought from other dealers. We know that sounds crazy but we chose customer satisfaction over profit and that is the bigger profit.

Q: Do you accept extended warranty contracts and insurance work?

A: Yes. All you have to do is bring us your warranty contract or insurance info and we do the rest. We also offer the best of the best extended service contracts from companies with great reviews.

Q: Why should I buy from RV Ready?

A: We are committed to giving you the best buying experience you will ever get from an RV dealer. We care about you and your satisfaction especially if you are nice too.

Q: Is your price negotiable/Do you price match?

A: People search the internet these days for hours looking for the best deal and sometimes we forget about the best value. We at RV Ready spend a lot of time and money making sure you are happy with your purchase, we are also in business to make a profit, and to do so we price our units with that in mind, for that reason we advertise our rock bottom price and we let the condition of our RVs and our great customer service do the selling. After all, a pig with lipstick is still a pig. As far as price matching goes, the answer is usually no. It is not fair for us to price match a dealership one hour away from the factory or an internet store. We have a higher shipping cost, and operating cost ( in So Cal. ) to take care of you after the sale. The dealer 2000 miles away does not have to budget for taking care of you after the sale.
